Made to Order: Your Pair in Four Weeks

What happens between your order and your door, step by step.

Every Chicore pair is made after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is what happens in the weeks between.

1. Choose

Pick a model, a skin and a colour, or describe a pair you have seen.

2. Confirm

We check your size and width with you before anything is cut.

3. Cut and make

The upper is cut by hand, lasted and Goodyear welted, then finished and polished. Pairs leave the workshop in three to four weeks.

4. Delivered

Your pair ships free, insured and tracked, anywhere in the world.

Convert a size

Enter the size you wear in another brand to see the Chicore equivalent. Chicore runs on the US men's scale, 5 to 19 in half sizes.

Measure your foot

Stand on paper, heel against a wall, and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure in the evening, when feet are largest.

Foot length

CrocodileA firm hide that gives little. Between sizes, take the larger.
AlligatorSoftens slightly at the flex point. Take your usual size.
LoafersSnug at first, easing with wear. Take your usual size.
Wide feetChoose Wide or Extra wide when you order. Width is set before the pair is cut.
